Thank you for shopping at Shiptify. We strive to deliver your tech gadgets and accessories as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 6-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. International Shipping & Customs (IMPORTANT)
We offer worldwide shipping for our global customers. Please note the following regarding international orders:
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (this includes tariffs, taxes, VAT, and customs duties).
  • Shiptify is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order by your local government.
    • If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs/taxes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

    4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    5. Damages
    Shiptify is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • We accept returns only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delievery with photos of the damaged item. 
  • 6. Missing or Lost Packages
    If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local courier service immediately.
